Protocol Decision Guide
Pick the protocol that matches your client, not the one that looks simplest on the page. That usually prevents the most common setup mistakes.
SSH:
Use when the app expects manual host, username, password, and port fields.
VLESS:
Use when your client supports URI import or Xray-style profiles.
Hysteria:
Use only if your app explicitly supports Hysteria links or configs.
WireGuard:
Use when the device can import a config file or scan a QR code.
OpenVPN:
Use when the client expects a standard OVPN profile.
Troubleshooting Map
Most support questions fall into a small set of patterns. Start with the symptom, then check the likely cause and the next action.
Login rejected:
Usually the username, password, port, or imported profile does not match the selected protocol.
Server unavailable:
Open the status page first. The backend may be offline, disabled, or temporarily rate-limited.
Cooldown message:
Wait for the timer to finish before retrying, or try again later if the daily limit has not reset yet.
Expired account:
Create a new account and compare the new result with the old one to confirm the issue is not client-side.
Glossary
Backend:
The VPS that actually creates the account and serves the connection details.
Protocol:
The connection format your client app uses to connect.
Cooldown:
A required wait period between account-creation attempts.
Daily limit:
The number of accounts allowed for a service on a server each day.
Privacy and Safety
The panel handles request data, session data, and connection details, so it is worth reading the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before submitting anything. The site may also load third-party scripts, icons, and ads, which means browser requests are not limited to the panel itself.
