Best Way To Ask For Help
Include the selected server, protocol, rough time the issue happened, and the exact error message when possible. That makes it much easier to diagnose whether the problem came from credentials, client setup, the selected backend, or a temporary rate limit.
Abuse, Security, and Policy Reports
Use the same contact page for abuse reports, security concerns, or questions about the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. If you are reporting suspicious activity, include timestamps, the affected page, and any non-sensitive evidence that helps reproduce the problem.
Before You Send A Message
Connection issue:
Check the Guide page and confirm the selected server still shows healthy status before reporting it.
Account limit issue:
Look for cooldown or daily-limit messages on the form page because those are enforced intentionally.
Privacy question:
Open the Privacy Policy first so your message can focus on the specific part that needs clarification.
Wrong protocol:
Use the Protocol Comparison page to decide whether SSH, VLESS, Hysteria, WireGuard, or OpenVPN fits your client.
