What Is This Page For?
This FAQ answers the most common questions visitors have before they create an account or use any tool. It is written to help first-time users move faster without guessing what the panel expects.
How Do I Choose A Server?
Choose the closest healthy server that supports the protocol you want. If two servers are equally close, prefer the one with lower latency and fewer recent errors. Healthy status matters more than the country name alone.
Which Protocol Should I Start With?
SSH:
Use if your app wants host, username, password, and a port.
VLESS:
Use if your client can import a URI or Xray-style profile.
Hysteria:
Use only if your client explicitly supports Hysteria.
WireGuard:
Use if you want QR-code or config-file import.
OpenVPN:
Use if your client works best with an `.ovpn` file.
Why Was My Request Blocked?
Most blocked requests are caused by a cooldown, a daily limit, or a server that is temporarily unavailable. If the panel shows a limit message, that is intentional and usually means you should wait rather than retrying immediately.
Why Does Login Fail After I Copy The Details?
The most common causes are a mistyped username or password, the wrong port, a partial link, or a profile imported into the wrong client. Re-copy the full generated value and verify the client matches the protocol before creating a new account.
What If WireGuard Has No QR Code?
That is okay. Use the downloaded config file instead. The config file is the authoritative version of the profile and should work even when QR generation is not available.
What If OpenVPN Asks For Login?
Use the username and password shown on the result page for that OpenVPN account. If the app still fails, make sure the file was imported from the latest account result and not from an older attempt.
What Does Dead Or Disabled Mean?
It usually means the panel detected that backend as unavailable and prevented new action against it. Check the status page first, then retry only after the backend is healthy again.
What Data Does The Panel Use?
The site uses basic request data, session cookies, selected server state, and the connection details required to create the account. For the full policy, read Privacy Policy and Terms of Service before submitting anything sensitive.
When Should I Contact Support?
Contact support after you have checked the guide, protocol page, and status page. The fastest useful message includes the selected server, the protocol, the time the issue happened, and the exact error text or screenshot context.
