Fastest Checks First
Check status:
Make sure the selected server is online and supports the service.
Check the client:
Confirm the app supports the protocol you picked.
Copy the full value:
Re-copy the link, config, username, or password from the result page.
Check the device clock:
Time mismatch can break some clients, especially for secure imports.
Protocol-Specific Mistakes
SSH:
Wrong port, wrong username, or a missing password is usually the issue.
VLESS:
A partial URI or the wrong transport field often breaks the import.
Hysteria:
The client must support the same version and obfs value that the panel generated.
WireGuard:
Use the full config or QR code instead of trying to type the tunnel by hand.
OpenVPN:
Import the latest
.ovpn file and use the matching login data if prompted. Retry Or Recreate?
Retry when the issue looks local, such as a mistyped field or an expired import. Recreate only when the account has expired, the server is healthy but the old profile is stale, or the panel specifically tells you the result is no longer valid. If the server itself is down, recreating the same account usually does not change the outcome.
What To Send Support
Selected server:
Tell support which backend you used.
Protocol:
Say whether you used SSH, VLESS, Hysteria, WireGuard, or OpenVPN.
Time:
Add the approximate time the failure happened.
Error text:
Copy the exact message if the app showed one.
